About us
Built by the engineer who designs it
Srinivasa Design & Build is an engineer-led turnkey house construction company. Design, structural engineering, approvals support and construction — by one accountable team.
Why we started
Engineering first, then construction
Most families build a house once. Too often they meet the contractor, but never the engineer — and they only learn about rock excavation, approval fees or a missing sump after the work has started.
We work the other way round. The company is led by a qualified structural engineer, and the structural design (ETABS) and working drawings (Revit and AutoCAD) are done in-house. You see your drawings before you sign, every inclusion and every possible extra is written down, and you pay stage by stage for work that our engineer has checked.
We are starting turnkey construction in Hyderabad, with our team and a partner based at our Banjara Hills office. We are new in Hyderabad and have not yet completed a home here — so we would rather show you how we work than tell you how many homes we have built.
You should be able to ask the person who designed your columns why they are that size.

The person who designs your structure is the person you talk to — at the first meeting, when the estimate is explained, and when you have a question during construction.
Bala Krishna — Founder & Structural Engineer

Bala Krishna has spent eight years in structural engineering. He has worked on projects in several Indian cities, learning how different teams plan, detail and build, and has worked as a structural consultant for engineering companies in Ireland.
He brings that discipline to every home we build: a structure designed in ETABS, a complete set of working drawings before you sign, and an engineer's check at each stage of construction. When you call us, you speak with him directly.

What we believe
Say the uncomfortable part first
Site extras, exclusions and the fact that we are new in Hyderabad — you hear them from us before you sign, not after.
Everything in writing
Drawings, brands, allowances, payment stages and timeline are written in your agreement. Changes are priced in writing before we do them.
Design decides the structure — not habit
A soil test decides the foundation. Columns, beams and slabs are designed in ETABS to Indian codes, not sized by thumb rule.
Your money follows visible progress
Stage-wise payments after each stage is complete and checked by our engineer. You are welcome on site any time — especially on slab-casting day.
