Privacy Policy
How we handle your details
Plain language, no fine print. This explains what we collect when you enquire about building a house, why, and how you can ask us to delete it.
In short
- We collect only what you give us when you enquire — mainly your name, phone number and plot details.
- We use it only to reply to your enquiry and to send you information you asked for.
- We call or WhatsApp only people who enquired, and we stop when you say "stop".
- We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

1. Who we are
This website belongs to Srinivasa Design & Build, a house design and construction business in India ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal details you share with us through this website, WhatsApp, phone, email or our ads.

2. What we collect
Only what you choose to share with us:
- Contact details: your name and mobile number (and email, if you write to us).
- Plot and project details: plot location, plot size, number of floors, when you plan to start, the package you are interested in, and anything you write in a message.
- Documents you choose to send (for example a sale deed, layout approval or a contractor's quote) when you ask us for a plot check or estimate.
- Lead forms on social media ads (for example Facebook or Instagram): the same kind of details you enter in that form.
We do not ask for bank card details, passwords or government ID numbers through this website.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call, office visit or plot check.
- To prepare a cost estimate, drawings or a proposal you asked for.
- To send you information you requested, such as our customer booklet or hidden costs checklist.
- If you become a customer: to carry out the work in your agreement, share progress and keep records we need to keep by law (for example for tax and accounts).
We use your details on the basis of the consent you give when you submit an enquiry, and, if you become a customer, to fulfil our agreement with you.
4. How we contact you
We call, WhatsApp, SMS or email only people who have enquired or asked us to get in touch, and only about their enquiry or project. We do not buy contact lists and we do not send cold bulk messages. Reply "stop" on WhatsApp or tell us on a call, and we will stop contacting you.
When you use a form on this website, nothing is sent automatically: the website prepares a message, and you choose whether to send it to us on WhatsApp. WhatsApp is run by Meta, and its own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal details. We share them only when needed to help you, for example:
- our own team and our Hyderabad partner who handle your enquiry or project;
- service providers we use to run the business, such as messaging, email and file-storage services, who may only use the details to provide that service to us;
- with your approval, people working on your project — for example a soil-testing agency or surveyor — and government portals for building permission;
- authorities, when the law requires it.
Some of these service providers may store data outside India. Where that happens, we use well-known providers and share only what is needed.
6. How long we keep it
If you enquire but do not go ahead, we keep your details for up to 24 months so we can answer follow-up questions, and then delete them — or sooner if you ask. If you become a customer, we keep project records for as long as the agreement and the law require (for example warranty, tax and accounting records).
7. Your choices and rights
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you rights over your personal data. In plain terms, you can ask us to:
- tell you what details we hold about you and how we use them;
- correct or update your details;
- delete your details, unless we must keep them by law or for an ongoing agreement;
- stop contacting you — you can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it;
- answer a complaint about how we handled your data.
To do any of this, email balakrishna@svdb.in with your name and the phone number you used. We may ask you to confirm it is you before we act. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may also approach the authority set up under that Act.
8. Keeping it safe
We limit access to your details to the people who need them for your enquiry or project, use password-protected accounts and devices, and do not post personal details publicly. No method of storing or sending information is perfectly secure, but if we learn of a problem that affects your details, we will act on it and inform you and the authorities where the law requires.
9. This website
- The forms on this site do not store your details on a server. They prepare a WhatsApp message on your own device, which you choose to send.
- We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website at present. If we add analytics or ad tools later, we will update this page first.
- The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, and the map links open Google Maps. Google may receive basic technical information (such as your IP address) when that happens, under Google's own privacy policy.
- This website is meant for adults planning to build a house. We do not knowingly collect details from children.
10. Changes and contact
