How this is calculated

Construction cost = rate per sq.ft (built-up) × built-up area. The low end uses the package's lower rate and the high end its upper rate. For Luxury the top end is open ("+"), because finishes are chosen per design.

Built-up area means the covered area of all floors, measured to the outside of the walls. Your fixed price is given in the agreement, after the drawings and soil test.
