Your final price is fixed in the agreement, based on your drawings and the specification you choose. - Approvals supportDrawings and technical certificates for GHMC / HMDA permission on BuildNow. Government fees are paid by you.
- A site engineerResponsible for your site from foundation to handover.
- Quality checks at every stageSteel before every pour, cube tests, ponding tests, finishing checks.
- Anti-termite treatmentAt foundation and plinth level, before flooring.
